This website is hosted by Alfahosting GmbH, Edmund-von-Lippmann-Straße 13-15, 06112 Halle (Saale), Germany. When you visit our website, the web server automatically processes technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, time of access) in server log files in order to deliver the pages and to ensure the stability and security of the site. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the reliable and secure provision of this website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Hosting takes place in Germany on the basis of a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

Data collection

Contact forms

Form submissions are processed by a script running on this website's web server, which is operated for us by our hosting provider within the EU on the basis of a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). No separate form service provider is involved, and your data is not transferred to a third country. We delete pure enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship after about six months; correspondence related to an actual contract is retained in line with the statutory retention periods under the German Commercial Code (HGB) and Fiscal Code (AO).

If you register to receive notifications about LIOFeron® software updates, we process the details you enter for that purpose on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time by e-mail to software-notifications@lionex.de; we then delete your registration data.

Google Maps

Our contact page contains a map from Google Maps, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The map is only embedded after you actively click the "Load map" button; until then, no data is sent to Google. When you activate the map, your IP address and technical browser data are transmitted to Google, Google may set cookies, and data may be transferred to Google LLC servers in the USA (safeguarded under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG), given by activating the map; it applies to the current page view only. Alternatively, you can open our location externally via the link provided.

Your rights

You have the right to receive information about your archived personal data, its source, recipients and purpose at any time. • §8 Warranty: Warranty claims are subject to inspection obligations under §377 HGB. Warranty period: 12 months from passage of risk.
• §9 Liability: Liability is limited according to statutory provisions; we are liable for intent and gross negligence, and for simple negligence only in cases defined by law.
