Lionex offers a range of research-grade reagents for infectious disease research, including recombinant proteins from mycobacteria, antigen cocktails, and antibodies for detection of mycobacterial proteins. EndoGrade® is Lionex's line of endotoxin-free reagents for research. For standard grade reagents, custom services including determination of endotoxin levels and endotoxin removal are available upon request. Products are intended for research use only (RUO) on a non-profit basis.
Recombinant Proteins (RUO)ab
Lionex has greatly expanded the number of recombinant and native antigens of Mycobacterium tuberculosis which are available to the scientific community. All products are exclusively produced by Lionex in Germany. We specialize on:
- Recombinant proteins from M. tuberculosis and M. bovis for use in immunoassay development, vaccine research, and diagnostic applications.
- Recombinant fusion proteins combining mycobacterial antigen domains for enhanced diagnostic sensitivity or multi-epitope research applications.
